Salad
Ingredients:

pkg. Apricot jello
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
Mix and bring to a boil., Stir in small package of softened
and stirred cream cheese right into the pan. cool in frigerator
until begins to thicken, then add;
1 small can evaporated milk which has been well-chilled
and whipped with hand held mixer.
then add 1 small can crushed pineapple, drainedand 1 small
jar of apricot baby food.Make sure they are also cool.
Add nuts if desired. and chill until ready to eat. It
needs a couple of hours in frigerator to congeal up!!
